Acrodermatitis
Acrodermatitis enteropathica is an autosomal recessive metabolic disorder affecting the uptake of zinc through the inner lining of the bowel, the mucous membrane.
SYMPTOMS
- Affects children between the ages of 6 and 12
- Itchy, red blisters usually on the arms, thighs, and buttocks
- Blisters may turn purple and fill with fluid
CAUSES
This disease is caused because of not taking balagraha treatment during pregnancy.
