Chronic Hepatitis
Chronic hepatitis (cah) is ongoing injury to the cells of the liver with inflammation which lasts for longer than six months. Chronic Hepatitis.
SYMPTOMS
Symptoms are variable and include yellowing of the eyes, abdominal pain and dark urine. Some people, particularly children, don't experience any symptoms. In chronic cases, liver failure, cancer or scarring can occur.
CAUSES
Common causes include hepatitis b and c viruses and certain drugs, many people have no symptoms, but some have vague symptoms, such as a general feeling of illness, poor appetite, and fatigue.
