Far Sightedness
Farsightedness (hyperopia) is a common vision condition in which you can see distant objects clearly, but objects nearby may be blurry. The degree of your farsightedness influences your focusing ability.
SYMPTOMS
People with hyperopia must squint to see nearby objects. Reading, writing, computer work or drawing for long periods of time may cause eye strain and headache.
CAUSES
Farsightedness occurs when light entering the eye is focused behind the retina instead of directly on it . This is caused by an eye that is too short, whosecornea is not curved enough, or whose lens sits farther back in the eye than normal.
