Fibrosarcoma
Fibrosarcoma (fibroblastic sarcoma) is a malignant mesenchymal tumour derived from fibrous connective tissue and characterized by the presence of immature proliferating fibroblasts or undifferentiated anaplastic spindle cells in a storiform pattern. It is usually found in males aged 30 to 40 .
SYMPTOMS
No symptom is indicative that an underlying bone tumor is a fibrosarcoma. Pain, swelling, and loss of range of motion are the most common symptoms but can beexperienced in any sarcoma of the bone. A common source of diagnostic delay is the presumption that the pain is a result of trauma or arthritis.
