Golfers Elbow

Golfer's elbow is a condition that causes pain where the tendons of your forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of your elbow. The pain might spread into your forearm and wrist. Golfer's Elbow is similar to tennis elbow, which occurs on the outside of the elbow.

SYMPTOMS

Pain areas: in the elbow or wrist
Joints: elbow stiffness or wrist stiffness
Also common: sensation of pins and needles, tenderness, or tingling fingers

CAUSES

It can usually be treated effectively with rest. Golfer's elbow is usually caused by overusing the muscles in the forearm that allow you to grip, rotate your arm, and flex your wrist.  Repetitive flexing, gripping, or swinging can cause pulls or tiny tears in the tendons.
