Ocular Migriane
Ocular migraines are temporary visual disturbances that can affect one or both eyes. Though they can be frightening, ocular migraines typically are harmless and the visual symptoms typically self-resolve without medication within 20 to 30 minutes, without headache.
SYMPTOMS
- Numbness or tingling in the hands or face.
- Feeling mentally foggy or fuzzy.
- Disrupted sense of touch, taste, or smell.
- Seeing blind spots, shimmering spots, flashing lights, or zig-zag lines.
CAUSES
Severe constipation, blood impurity, lack of exercise, less consumption of water, lack of exercise and oil bath, unhealthy life style.
