Repetitive Strian Injury

Occupational overuse syndrome (oos) is a type of injury common to fingers, hands, wrists and elbows. It is caused by repetitive movements or awkward postures. Oos is also known as repetitive strain injury or rsi. Symptoms include Swelling, pain and weakness in the affected joints.

SYMPTOMS

  • Muscular: cramping or muscle weakness
  • Also common: tenderness, joint stiffness, or sensation of pins and needles

CAUSES

Severe constipation, blood impurity, lack of exercise, less consumption of water, lack of exercise and oil bath, unhealthy life style.
