Ruptured Disc
A herniated disc is a condition in which the annulus fibrosus (outer portion) of the vertebral disc is torn, enabling the nucleus (inner portion) to herniate or extrude through the fibers.
SYMPTOMS
- Pain areas: in the arm, back, foot, or leg
- Muscular: muscle weakness, muscle spasms, or overactive reflexes
- Sensory: leg numbness, pins and needles, or uncomfortable tingling and burning
CAUSES
Constipation, blood impurity, untimely food, less consumption of water, lack of exercise, unhealthy life style etc
