Shingles (Zoster)
Shingles is a viral infection that causes a painful rash. Although shingles can occur anywhere on your body, it most often appears as a single stripe of blisters that wraps around either the left or the right side of your torso. Shingles is Caused by the varicella-zoster virus — the same virus that causes chickenpox.
SYMPTOMS
- Itchy, red patches with fluid-filled blisters that break easily
- Rash that wraps around the spine and torso
- May be accompanied with fever, chills, headache, or fatigue
CAUSES
High pittha(heat), severe constipation, blood impurity, lack of exercise, less consumption of water, lack of exercise and oil bath, unhealthy life style.
