Ulcerative Colitis

Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease (ibd) that causes long-lasting inflammation and ulcers (sores) in your digestive tract. Ulcerative colitis affects the innermost lining of your large intestine (colon) and rectum. Symptoms usually develop over time, rather than suddenly.

CAUSES

Repeated loose motions, stomach ache, motion with mucus, this condition that causes inflammation of the intestines, such as ulcerative colitis orcrohn's disease is known as ibd (inflammatory bowel disease). IBD is Different from ibs (irritable bowel syndrome). Unlike ibd, ibs does not cause inflammation, ulcers or other damage to the bowel.
